My name is Srijith Somaratne. I'm an Independent Researcher.
I look into interesting projects and when I find something of value,
I bring it to the attention of the appropriate Government Officials.
My passion drove me into research of Traditional Technologies of
Sri Lanka at an early age. This hobby turned into my lifes' work
after I read a few articles on new research being done using
traditional Sri Lankan knowledge. One of these researchers'
was Mr. Laxman Embuldeniya.
I have been working with Mr. Embuldeniya for close to 3 years
and I believe his work is going to be of great importance and
value to the Health Sector of Sri Lanka, in the years to come.
